Payment: - Cash only!! - Zelle if only you need to cover the remaining balance. Safety: - Camera are around my home at all times for my safety. - If you are feeling any symptoms of COVID, flu, cold, etc. please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule. - If you are having any severe irritation, redness, scaring, etc. after the appointment please notify me immediately. If you do not notify me within 3 days I am not responsible for anything. - Allergic to any chemicals or brands you know specifically please inform me. If you are allergic to dogs or have a fear of them please let me know. If there is a lack of communication I am not responsible for any reactions that occur. Extra: - If you are unhappy with anything about your hair after 2 days please inform me! - I am not responsible to anything that happens to you during and after the appointment. - I do not guarantee color being vibrant at all times or any damage that happens. - I want to make sure you are safe and comfortable to please let me know if you are overstimulated or uncomfortable. - Projects may take over 5+ hours so please be prepared! - Snacks and water are provided during your appointment; you are more than welcome to have food delivered or bring drinks!

Cancellation Policy

Late Appointments: I understand that things come up, and you might be late! However, please keep in mind the following late policy info: ☆ There is a 20-minute grace window before being charged a (price) late fee! ☆ Anything past 1 hour will be considered a no-show ☆ NO-SHOW FEE: 50% of service base price (see service prices) Rescheduling/Cancelling appointments ☆ If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours BEFORE your appointment! ☆ RESCHEDULING FEE: 25% of service base price
