I’m so excited to have you in my chair and create some art together!! <3 YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING↓ ↓ Booking An Appointment - No deposit = No appointment - Deposits are non-refundable - If you are unsure on what kind of appt. to make, please book a consultation - “Squeeze-in” appointments on my off days will be an extra $100-$200+ depending on the service - If you are under the age of 18 I will need confirmation from a guardian or family that is 18+ (Physical Signature) Ages 13 and younger will need a parent or guardian. Arrival: - Please park on the street and not in the reserved parking lot. - Parking meter: Pay with parking app!! Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm $2 an hour - Upon arrival please text me when you arrive. - Other guest are NOT allowed to be with you during the appointment unless you are a minor with a guardian that wants to be present. Payment: - Card 3.5% processing fee - cash or card tip accepted!! Safety: - Cameras are around my home at all times for my safety. - If you are feeling any symptoms of COVID, flu, cold, etc. please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule. - If you are having any severe irritation, redness, scaring, etc. after the appointment please notify me immediately. If you do not notify me within 3 days I am not responsible for anything. - Allergic to any chemicals or brands you know specifically please inform me. If you are allergic to dogs or have a fear of them please let me know. If there is a lack of communication I am not responsible for any reactions that occur. Extra: - If you are unhappy with anything about your hair after 2 days please inform me! - I am not responsible to anything that happens to you during and after the appointment. - I do not guarantee colors being vibrant at all times or any damage that happens if you do not use the products that’s I recommend. - I want to make sure you are safe and comfortable to please let me know if you are overstimulated or uncomfortable. - Projects may take over 5+ hours so please be prepared! - Water is provided during your appointment; you are more than welcome to have food delivered or bring drinks! - Please be aware of ur surroundings within salon any liabilities will be your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Late Appointments: I understand that things come up, and you might be late! However, please keep in mind the following late policy info: ☆ There is a 10 minute grace window before being charged a ($20) late fee! ☆ Anything past 20 minutes will be considered a no-show ☆ NO-SHOW FEE: 100% of service base price (see service prices) Rescheduling/Cancelling appointments ☆ Canceling an appointment must be done 5 days prior to your appointment. If done later then 5 days will be a NO CALL NO SHOW!! ☆ If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 5 days BEFORE your appointment! ☆ You will only be allowed to reschedule once ☆ RESCHEDULING FEE: 25% of service base price
